This deep Maple drum in Molten Brown Burst is our go-to hard rock drum with a deep, classic Maple sound with plenty of attack. Die-cast hoops are crisp and projecting and the responsive Super Sensitive Hi-Carbon Snappy Snares fit close against the bottom head - giving the drum plenty of bite. Linear-Drive strainer reduces the "slap" of raising the snares, which we often do because this snare sounds great as a high-tuned tom, given its deep depth.

Also included are 30 individual velocity samples with 5 different velocities containing 3 round robins each: one set of 15 files for All Mics, and one set of 15 for only Room Mics (excludes the close mics 1-5 below). This allows you to easily create MIDI files and/or trigger replacements.  You can also use the Room Mic-only velocity files for layering or creating a unique sound enhanced by our incredible drum tracking room.
