That Funky Vintage Sound ...
This 5” deep Philippine Mahogany shell made in Japan for Pearl has that funky Japanese 60’s warm vibe. When tuned properly, which we believe we’ve done, this drum sounds incredible. Indistinguishable from a much more expensive Gretsch or Slingerland off the time.
