Yes ... 1911

Walberg & Auge is known as “America’s Most Innovative and Unknown Drum Company”. Founded in 1903, and still in business today, Walberg & Auge invented the hi-hat stand, telescopic bass drum spurs, and the 3-pronged basket snare stand we all use today. This drum is all-original, solid, steam-bent bird’s-eye maple shell and hoops with gut snare coils and has the upgraded optional Telescopic Snare Strainer that never extends over the hoop. It has 14 double-ended thumb nut rods and the hand-polished finish still looks amazing after 114+ years!
